Exchanges and Returns

If the product does not suit your dog or you have any problems, you can send the order back to us within 15 days of receiving it. 

The exchange or return is only allowed as long as the products are in their original format and have not been used.

We will assume the shipping costs for a new product. However, it is up to the customer to bear the cost of shipping the product to our address before the exchange is made.
