How is my order shipped?

By Mail, according to the shipping method chosen by the client, when finishing the order. It is the customer's duty to fill out his address correctly. If an order is returned for incorrect address, you will be charged for new shipment. Only if you select the shipping by Registered Mail you will be able to follow the position of your order.


How long does my order take?

After confirmation of receipt of payment, it may take from 2 to 8 working days to arrive in Portugal. For the rest of the world, it may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination. Products that require customization (such as engraving ID tags) may take a longer delivery time.


What payment methods are available?

You can pay by MB Way, Bank Transfer, PayPal and Credit Card. For more information about these payment methods, we suggest you consult the Shipping & Payment page.


When will my order be charged?

Orders will only be charged after stock confirmation.


Can I cancel my order?

The cancellation of orders is possible whenever your request occurs before the shipment of goods. 


There is no stock of the size/color I want. What do I do?

Contact us at info@mygoldenpet.com. If possible, we will produce the piece you want.


Will I pay shipping costs?

Shipping costs are charged for orders of less than 49 euros. For purchases equal or superior to 49 euros we offer the shipping.


Can I exchange or return a product?

If the product does not fit your dog, you can send the order back to us within 15 days after having received it. We will assume the shipping costs for a new product. However, you will have to bear the cost of shipping the product to our address before the exchange is made. Please contact us at info@mygoldenpet.com before sending a product. The exchange or return will only be allowed as long as the products are in their original format and have not been used. 


Where are My Golden Pet® brand items made?

My Golden Pet® brand products are manufactured in Portugal, by suppliers carefully selected by Golden. Everyone is guided by the highest quality standards and, above all, they love animals!



How can I adopt one of the dogs that appear on the site?

Contact us at info@mygoldenpet.com, and we will put you in touch with the person or institution responsible for the canine photographic models. The adoption process will be treated directly with this entity.


What does the solidarity purchase consist of?

5% of the value of all purchases reverts to help the animals, in the form of food, veterinary care, medication or goods needed by abandoned animals. Currently, the donations go to ADAAVV (Associação para a Defesa dos Animais e Ambiente de Vila Verde).
