- The customer can place orders through the online store or by email firstname.lastname@example.org;
- Whenever the ordered product does not exist in stock, My Golden Pet® will inform the customer about the forecast for its delivery;
- The cancellation of orders is possible whenever your request occurs before the shipment of goods;
- My Golden Pet® reserves the right not to accept an order.
- Failure to pay for an order within 72 hours will result in its cancellation;
- The customer may proceed with payment using the following methods:

The expected date of delivery of the order is conditioned by the proper receipt of payment, so you should consider at least 2 more working days in the expected date of delivery of your order if you choose this form of payment. In case of payment not made within 48 hours after the moment of purchase, the order will be cancelled. You should follow these steps:

Send the transfer receipt to the email firstname.lastname@example.org, with the order number "#XXXX" in the subject of the email or put this same number in the description of the bank transaction.

A safe and fast way to make your payment online. We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In addition to credit cards, it will be possible to pay online with debit cards that provide a security code (CSC) on the back of the card. Your card will be debited upon confirmation of availability of the items.
- The ordered items will only be sent after payment;
- The shipping is subject to the payment of postage which may vary depending on the geographical area;
- The client is responsible for the correct indication of the shipping address;
- Orders for delivery in boxes are not accepted;
- The shipping methods available in Portugal are Standard, Prioritary and Registered Mail;
- By Registered Mail you can follow the position of your order;
- International shipments are made by Priority Mail;
- For orders over $28, the shipping costs will be free by Correio Normal, for Portugal;
- It is your duty to fill in your address correctly. If an order is returned by incorrect address, you will be charged a new shipment.
- The expected delivery time for Continental Portugal is 2 to 8 working days, depending on the shipping method (Standard, Priritary and Registered Mail);
- Standard Mail: order arrives 2 to 8 working days after being sent;
- Prioritary Mail: order arrives 1 to 2 working days after being shipped;
- Registered Mail: order arrives 1 to 2 working days after it is shipped. This method allows you to track the position of your order;
- Products that require customization (such as engraving ID tags) may be subject to a longer delivery time;
- Shipments to Autonomous Regions and outside of Portugal may have a longer delivery time, to be defined on a case by case basis;
- In case of stock rupture, the customer will be contacted by email about the new expected delivery date, and may maintain or cancel the order.
- In the articles with warranty, My Golden Pet® will provide it under the terms and conditions established by the respective manufacturer.
Return or Exchange
- If there is any problem with the product or it does not fit your dog, you can send us the order back within 15 days after you received it. We will assume the shipping costs for a new product. However, you will have to bear the cost of shipping the product to our address before the exchange is made. Please contact us at email@example.com before sending a product;
- Return or exchange will only be allowed as long as the products are in their original format and have not been used.
- In order to protect the environment, we will send the invoice of your purchase to your email. This document, in pdf format, constitutes a legal equivalent of the traditional paper invoice, with the advantage of avoiding logging. However, if you would like to receive a paper copy, simply request it through our contacts.
